If I can rate this a 0 I would. I called to ask if I could return some tables since I got them in a hurry and when I placed them in my living room they were too big. Well an employee by the name of BRITNEY (or however you spell her name) told me I could return them for store credit OR get the money added to my account. Turns out BRITNEY does not know what she is talking about. When I called Sunday to confirm I was going to drop off the order, the "MANAGER" on duty was rude, loud and did not have ANY costumer service at all. She told me I was wrong, lying and that all sales are final. Please stay away from this store. To save a couple of hundred dollars it is not worth it.

Also, I bought a mattress from here. Called the warranty department and set up an inspection technician came to the house and declared our mattress was 1.5 inches deep and that we were eligible for a new mattress. Well he was wrong, it is supposed to be 2.0 inches. This store was supposed to call me as soon as the report came back to let us know. Well they never did, I had to call back 2 weeks later to find out we were not eligible. Please stay way from this store! Their employees are lazy, rude and extremely unprofessional!!!!!!!

They are great, but as a woman when putting things in the car or truck nobody's can help you to tie anything. We know is against the policy ,still someone should be able to help.
