Excellent selection! Jack The Florist always keeps exquisite blooms so I highly recommend this florist for special occasions or if you're looking for something particular and are having a hard time finding them. Her arrangements are always lovely.

I called four florists in the Hialeah area at 9:00 am and Jack The Florist was the only one who was willing to deliver before 12 noon. He personally answered the phone in a very cheerful helpful professional manner. He assured me that it wouldn't be a problem getting the arrangement over to the funeral home before noon. I will definitely call Jack The Florist for my next floral need.
So first off I'm a major procrastinator! I waited til Sunday afternoon around 2pm to look for a florist open that can deliver an arrangement that same day! These guys did that for me. Only florist I found open that late on a Sunday and could actually do the same day delivery! So that's the first plus... Secondly, before even delivering the arrangement literally within an hour or so, they texted me a picture of the arrangement. Thirdly, I called back asking to add some birthday balloons, which they had ran out of but happened to have two other ones that would do the trick, and never did charge me for them. Fourthly, the arrangement was beautiful! First time ever that the flower arrangement I send to someone met or exceeded my expectations! Fifth, whoever delivered the flowers was very courteous to our 88 year old birthday girl, complimented her shirt telling her she matched her floral arrangement. I am just very pleased and appreciative of this florist and will be using them again from here on out! Thank You so much Jack the Florist !!!
I have never met Jack, but he is a delight to work with by phone. He has great ideas and does a terrific job of putting the arrangements together. And to top it all off, when he delivers the arrangement, he seems to make the recipient feel extra special. Great job!
I am very happy. I was trying to find the right place to send flowers to my boss and found Jack The Florist. Even though the service has not been fully performed because the delivery is set for tomorrow, I am very happy. I personally spoke to Jack, who was very helpful and pleasant.
