I had ordered from this company once before and did not have any major issues. The flowers that came were not in great shape but it was delivered on time without major issue. This valentine’s day I ordered an arrangement of peonies from the website for $70 and what I received instead was an arrangement with a few roses that were already wilting. When I called the florist I was told extremely rudely that they reserve the right to substitute your order at any time without notification. Even though the peonies cost me $70 and if I wanted to get this rose arrangement from the florist I could have gotten that for $50, they wouldn't refund me for my order or for even the difference. So basically with this florist if you order one arrangement, they “reserve the right” to send you whatever they feel like without notifying you even if the price for that new arrangement is much cheaper. And when you talk to them they'll just say "we reserve the right to substitute the flowers if we feel like it." The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. I would never order from this florist again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else ordering from them either.
i paid 75 bucks for roses that i could buy fresher in walmart...1 day late delivery didn t make it any better either...waste of time n money.
