I am soo upset at the company and the service they offer. We have leased a Mx6500 printer for our company and the service has been horrible since day one. The only peeople who has been great was my sales rep and the repair team they seem to be doing their job as always.
I am sad to day I am stuck with this company until my lease is up but if anyone has questions please email me anf I will answer as best.
But the office has been horrible and I am really upset they they operate a business like this.
