I have been doing reservation at this location for many years. As you walk through the door they geeet you with a wonderful smile. I recommend this location there are the best. They try to give the best car they hsve.

Effective staff and efficient service. Shayla, is super pleasant and always helpful. Vehicles are always clean. In and out service! Most importantly, the prices is so affordable compared to other rental companies.
Do not rent a car in Thrifty
We were deceived by this company. At Orlando airport they said it was mandatory to buy the tank from the car and that if they delivered the car with the full tank, they would not charge the amount. To our surprise at the time of delivering the car, they said we bought the tank and even delivering the car with the full tank would not return the money. We were deceived by the attendant on purpose, because we told him several times: If we gave the car with the full tank, they would not charge the amount we were obliged to pay to remove the car, and the attendant said that okay they would only charge if we surrendered with The empty tank. They were low and scoundrels taking advantage of tourists.
I've been a customer for more than 5 years and have always been treated well. This is the only agency I've rented from. I reserve my car early to get the best price and that price is always honored. The estimated return rate is all I pay when I return the rental.
Mercenaries and thieves
They were able to help me when the toll by plate was left off my rental even though it was on my reservation. It not noticed until I had returned my car and I was at home. I called the next day and Luis checked with corporate to find out if I could pay for the service after the return. He called me back, and was able to pay for the plate pass, and avoid the tickets for the tolls. I went to Orlando on the Florida Turnpike, lots of tolls from Miami.
