That many people inside of an office should be illegal. Forget unsafe and a fire hazard. Simply the wait time to be attended should be illegal.
Bad experience terrible service .When you called them asking The prices for a flight ticket they never said the real prices One time you are in front of them surprise!!!!!!!! One again .when you going direct to the agency in front of you they raise the prices one more time like a joke .I will not recommend this agency
That place is where you can see how a relative of the owner can make the customers suffer without a reason, 7 months ago I take a female friend of mine there and I almost punch the face of the custodian of the door, that guy pretends to be the law and traits the persons with such a disrespect, to him doesn't matter if the customer is a women or a child, I don't even care about his name because he doesn't deserve any attention from anyone, I'm from Cuba also and this is how some people make our reputation go for the floor, what a shame that I was the only one who put him on his place, even the coworkers allow that behavior, to me that's enough of that "business", I'm going anywhere else when my passport expires, be aware people, I just want to help you to have the customer service you deserve
