Charlotte Russe Christmas 2017
Great cloths like all the Charlotte Russe stores but I would have to say that sometimes the customer service can be so pushy. They stare a lot and with my experience, they make me feel like I shouldn't be in their store. The manager doesn't even bother to look at me in the eye or smile even. I love Charlotte Russe and I could basically go there all the time(which I do) but this store in particular should really upgrade on Customer Service. I even applied to this store , and what I saw and heard during the interview is not portrayed on their behavior at all. I wish I had another Charlotte Russe close to were I live but I guess that for now I'm going to have to stand feeling uncomfortable in that store. In my part the best I could do while I try to shop at my favorite story is "smile and nod".

I have only been to Charlotte Russe once and am not really familiar with the store. But, from my experience, i can say that the employees were really professional and eager to aid me. I can also state that I will be visiting Charlotte Russe more often.
I love to buy occasionally here, since they clothing is good quality and the prices are reasonable. They usually have good quality stocking and accessories, which can be greatly appreciated!
