The people that work here are so unprofessional. They lock the doors on business hours , they wont answer phone calls. after the 3rd time that I went there finally someone there decided to actually work. I gave the rep my package's tracking number after looking for it for maybe 30 minutes he told me he couldn't find it and that he would call me if he found it. Two weeks later nothing.
Over the years, this place has been great when it comes to pick ups. This is not a usps to dropping off stuff to send off. It's like a hole in the wall. The last time I went here, I practically waited fifteen minutes to be attended ( I was the only one there) but other than that encounter..it's great.
Called over 10 times during te day no one answered! Super bad phone service!
NO ONE EVER ANSWERS!!! Set up for redelivery for two different "We missed you" and NEVER RECEIVED they said they couldn't find it mind you only on the second one because they never answered when I called about the first one. They don't update it online with, by far has ALWAYS been the worse and continues to be the worst!
A little out of the way in an industrial area near the Palmetto. Good service , ring the bell once and wait a few.
