So we paid $350 for absolutely no service and to be called a liar on top of it.

They didn't fix anything, charged double what they originally announced. Because they sent 2 guys, so it's double the price!!!!!
Another time had a water leak water going everywhere and called Tasco in the middle of the night. Frank answered the phone, and came to fix the leak with his guys in the middle of the night. He even called in a water/mold remediation company and stayed to make sure that everything was done right.
He refused to send someone to fix the drain.
Keep your money. Don't call them !!!!
I have known Frank, an owner of TASCO for years and he is very committed to his clients and his staff. There are a hundred Frank stories where he has saved us money and looked out for us. I had my AC break down a few years ago and did not know that Tasco provided emergency service. The other company told me I needed a new air handler and so I got quotes from a couple AC companies and called Tasco for a bid. Frank came and told me they were trying to rip me off and my air handler would last a few more years and it just needed a cleaning.
I have never ever known anyone as hard working as Frank nor as honest. I would not hesitate to recommend him and do, in fact, to all my Clients.
Serous and on time
They changed my hot water valve for $225 which didn't resolve my problem. They came back and said I needed to change my cold water valve as well. Since I didn't think this would resolve the problem we agreed that there would be no charge if this didn't fix the issue. As predicted the issue was not fixed. A few weeks later I saw a $250 charge on my credit card for the cold water valve. $475 later I still have the same problem I called about in the first place.
Charged my credit card without authorization. Not ethical.

The problem was NOT fixed ! The horrible manager Angel called me a liar and said I must have put something in my sink to reclog it!!!!
