I jog here early in the morning. The parking lot lights are on. Never been mugged or raped, so not horrible.

Very nice pool and staff but closes too soon when it rains.
Very cheap. Total $9 for me and child. Simple and adequate for elementary school age kids. Was visiting Miami and cldnt find a water park, till i ran into this one online. Exactly wat i wanted. Pools aren't deep, 4 slides splash park comcession stand ample parking. If ur visiting and wanna entertain kids for very low cost come here. Pple were so friendly. She made friends within mins. Probably bring own cooler. I see a lot of pple with theirs.
