Usually agencies want to rush you to buy from them, but not this one. I was helped by Alejandra while I was leasing a car, and with the amount of extra coverage you need for them I struggled to find a good price. Everything was in the range of $200+ a month and it's just me and my car, with a clean driving record. Alejandra was kind enough to show me all the quotes and explain why the price was higher. On top of that she managed to get me a much better price than what I got around, a whooping $145 a month policy. So I came out with a leased brand new car, a cheaper policy and more knowledge about how insurance works. That right there, is what I call excellence.

Sigrid Neu was just excellent and terrific. Such an angel. She help me out right away and was very respectful to me and my aunt the entire time. You can tell she really matters about helping someone out everyday at her work place. The best ever, I would definitely recommend her to some friends who needs any type of insurance coverage. I was purchasing a new car and my previous insurance was giving me a ridiculous price to add it. Luckily I was assisted by one of the agents of this insurance agency Alejandra. She was kind and explained every quote to me carefully and honestly. It is rare nowadays to find insurance agents that take the time to explain everything and not rush for you to buy from them. Definitely makes you feel more appreciated and less like a dollar bill. Alejandra was very patient as I was hesitant to switch companies since I had been with my previous one for 3 years. However, the deal on the price was too good to pass. I double checked to make sure my coverage was not being lowered. All the updated paperwork was provided to me on the spot and contact numbers if I ever needed anything. Truly one of a kind experience. I'll definitely recommend my friends to call these guys if they ever want to change insurances.
Writing this to give a huge shout out to Jennifer who went above and beyond to find the cheapest and best insurance rate to fit my needs. Besides being a genuinely nice person, she`s very persistent, honest and has a very high energy level which gets the job done. I never write reviews so this should say something... would give 6/5 stars all day everyday :)
