Terrible experience, went there to get balayage/ombre done to my hair, they bleached my hair with the strongest bleach they had then put my head in a hair dryer chair while I had aluminum foil.. my head started burning after 20 minutes, I had to get up because it was smoking & there was pieces of aluminum foil falling. If I would have waited a little longer I'm positive my head would have caught fire. She went straight to wash it, & put a "treatment" for 10 minutes. When I got up it was no where close to what I asked for, i even gave her a photo example of what I wanted. I ended up with yellow uneven damaged hair.. because not only did I not get what I went for but now I might have to cut off all my hair due to it breaking off just by combing my hair or touching it.. I took lots of care of my natural hair, I put my trust in this place & they ruined my hair. Never going again.
