I cannot even begin to explain how amazing this doctor and their staff is. Everyone there is awesome, I went in to check my nose since I had fractured it as a child and I told him I wanted to fix what was broken, I did not want a new nose. Doctor Julio Torres did exactly what I asked him to and he treated me with such amazing kindness. My nose looks so natural now. Whoever wrote that negative review, do not listen to them. I am extremely picky with doctors and I know what a pain it is to have to wait in the lobby for so long, but it is worth the wait if you're going to see him. His staff are amazing as well, very thankful for Rosie. This place is purely awesome.
I went there twice first with appointment and I waited 3.5 hours to be seen. The second time with appointment and I waited three hours. Other than that everyone is nice. They need time management changes for me to go back.
I called to schd an appointment and when they answered the phone they said hold please. They did not place me on hold just placed the phone down. The person on the other line was having a conversation with someone on their cell phone as the cell phone rang while I was holding. 3.27 minutes later the lady picks up the handset and tells me that this is the service and that I needed to call back tomorrow. From one professional to another, this is a HORRIBLE SERVICE and I highly recommend that you change as the service is less than acceptable. If you are trying to run a professional practice you need to make sure the people you are hiring to represent you are professional as well. YOU HAVE JUST LOST A NEW PATIENT.
