Teach her how to talk to people. Iriarte needs customer service training ASAP. I tried calling the clerks office to advise her manager but they don't answer their phone, I'll be back tomorrow to speak to her boss.
Make sure IRIARTE isn't your clerk (she has brown short hair in her late 40's on the heavy side) rudest person I've ever met. I hope I never have to deal with her again, She doesn't know what Customer service is, she needs more training and her manager should

This place is ridiculously I call in yesterday confirming time they open, they said yes we open at 8am even for traffic issues. I am here now and they say we open at 9am. V ru poor customer service and the security guard lady is so rude telling me you don't know how to read the sign.
