Every Friday when everybody comes in to cash their checks there is only one teller. Why don't they hire more people?
Slow service, waited for more than an hour, not enough workers.
I receive better customer service from the homeless man sitting on the street asking for money. These people should not be working at a bank.
Employees are very friendly but real bad service. Only one teller on busy days and they don't care how long you wait. Bank of America used to be one of the best bank's and is on the bottom of the list now.
This place always irks me. One teller on a Friday after 5. They make you wait in line for so long. It makes me want to take my money elsewhere. I shouldn't be stressing out before even stepping into the bank thinking about how long I'm going to be there to do something so simple.
